Is the app a subscription or a single purchase?

ASD TOOLS is a single purchase

It is NOT a subscription.

There are no in-app purchases or ongoing costs.

When you download it you will get:

• Lifetime access

• All updates are free

• Full library of audio, low startle alarms and images

• Full access to all tools within the app

If the app doesn't download / open

If you are experiencing this issue, it's usually caused by one of three reasons:

• not enough space on your device. Remove any unwanted apps, images and video then try to install again

• check you have wifi enabled

• there may have been a glitch and the app partially downloaded. Delete the app. Completely switch off your device and restart it. Once up and running again, redownload the app

I can't get past the
first page

If you can't get past the welcome page, don't worry, here's the steps to fix that.

Hold your finger in the middle of the screen and without lifting your finger, swipe to the left. This will take you to the next page.

Keep swiping until you reach the setup options for your camera, photos and backups then you will be taken to the homepage and be ready to begin creating.

How do I get the
camera working?

If you are unable to get the camera working within the app, it is because access privileges weren't approved when it was installed. To fix this:

• select the HAMBURGER MENU in the top left

• from the side menu, select SETTINGS

• under settings you have toggle buttons to allow access to the camera, photos and to backup your work. If they are off, switch them on and you will have full access
